Ellen joined the Cancer Family Care staff in 2024. Her background includes experience working with children, adolescents, and families in community mental health organizations within the Cincinnati area. Ellen uses a holistic approach when addressing her clients’ concerns and understands that there are many levels in the journey to healing. She received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University then went on to pursue a second Master’s degree from Xavier University from the Institute for Spirituality and Social Justice. In her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, hiking, antiquing and traveling whenever possible.
