Tonya is a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S). She holds a Master of Education from Xavier University and has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, couples and families. Tonya serves as a liaison to the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage Family Therapist Board. She has served as an adjunct professor at Xavier University in the Masters of Counseling Program and has published several articles on mental health. She actively collaborates with community leaders on mental health education and suicide prevention, serves as a board member of 988, hosts a mental health podcast, and recently began working with the National Board for the counseling compact. Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets. She enjoys being outdoors and traveling.
